     Elbert Eugene Luhr was born on 4 June 1927 at Caldwell, Canyon Co., Idaho.¹ He was the son of Frank Luhr and Mildred Lucile Johns.¹ Elbert Eugene Luhr married Ellen Patterson on 3 October 1948 at Canyon Co., Idaho.¹ Elbert Eugene Luhr died on 12 January 2015 at Idaho at age 87.¹ He was buried at Canyon Hill Cemetery, Caldwell, Canyon Co., Idaho.

MERIDIAN - The funeral for Elbert E. Luhr, 87, of Meridian, who died Monday, Jan.12, 2015, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, at the Ustick Baptist Church, 14301 W. McMillan Road in Boise. Pastor Phil Moran will officiate. Services are under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel in Caldwell.
Elbert was born June 4, 1927 in Caldwell, Idaho, to Frank and Mildred Luhr. He was so precious there are no words to tell how much he touched the lives of every person he met. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mildred Luhr; his sister, Phyllis Lyon; and his wife, Ellen. Elbert is survived by his brother, Delmar; his three daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Benny Greene, Kathy and Ted Hunt, and Vicki and Jerry Simmons; as well as seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

     Frank Luhr was born on 28 September 1901 at Missouri. He married Mildred Lucile Johns on 30 May 1925 at Canyon Co., Idaho.¹ Frank Luhr died on 24 February 1988 at Canyon Co., Idaho, at age 86.

     Martin D. Luhr is the son of Delmar Dale Luhr and Violet Estelle Redman. Martin D. Luhr married Joanne A. (?) Martin D. Luhr and Joanne A. (?) were divorced.

     Phyllis Adean Luhr was born in 1927 at Idaho. She was the daughter of Frank Luhr and Mildred Lucile Johns. Phyllis Adean Luhr died on 11 February 2010.

     Rick D. Luhr is the son of Delmar Dale Luhr and Violet Estelle Redman. Rick D. Luhr married Valoree B. (?)

     Alverda Mae Lund was born on 31 January 1923 at Thief River Falls, Pennington Co., Minnesota.¹ She married Duane F. Noel, son of Clifford Elmer Noel and Inga Brooten, on 19 April 1944.¹ Alverda Mae Lund died on 8 October 2002 at Thief River Falls, Pennington Co., Minnesota, at age 79.¹ She was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Thief River Falls, Pennington Co., Minnesota.¹

     Edson Lund married Ruth Hjelseth in 1953.¹

     Sarah Lund is the daughter of Edward Hansen and Kari Detwiler.¹ Sarah Lund married Jason Patrick Ramsdell.¹

     John William Luttrell was born on 12 January 1889 at New York. He married Julia P. Perkins, daughter of Henry Martin Pease and Jessie Fife. John William Luttrell died on 15 October 1972 at Houston, Harris Co., Texas, at age 83.

     Louis Otto Lutz was born on 30 April 1896 at San Francisco, San Francisco Co., California.¹ He married Veria Elizabeth Eden. Louis Otto Lutz died on 21 February 1955 at Klamath Falls, Klamath Co., Oregon, at age 58.¹ He was buried at Nevada City, Nevada Co., California.¹

     Virginia Ann Lutz is the daughter of Louis Otto Lutz and Veria Elizabeth Eden.¹ Virginia Ann Lutz married Robert Doud Martin Sr., son of Arrelis Buster Connally and Helen Lydia Hedborg, in 1952.^1,2 Virginia Ann Lutz and Robert Doud Martin Sr. were divorced in 1973 at Washington.

     Clinton S. Luzenbeel was born on 9 March 1856 at Maryland. He was the son of John Henry Luzenbeel and Elizabeth Corella Harn. In 1902 Clinton S. Luzenbeel was a president, at Fort Smith Commercial College, Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Arkansas. He died on 10 November 1913 at Lansing, Ingham Co., Michigan, at age 57.

     Emma H. Luzenbeel was born circa 1858 at Maryland info from 1870 Maryland Census. She was the daughter of John Henry Luzenbeel and Elizabeth Corella Harn. Emma H. Luzenbeel died on 29 January 1899 at Baltimore City, Maryland.^1,2 She was buried at Linganore Cemetery, Unionville, Frederick Co., Maryland.¹

     Helen Katherine Lynch was born on 24 July 1908 at DuPage Co., Illinois.¹ She married Wayne Stouffer Fox in 1928. Helen Katherine Lynch died on 1 January 1998 at Burr Ridge, DuPage Co., Illinois, at age 89.¹

A Mass of the Resurrection for Helen K. Fox, 89, of West Chicago, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, at Norris-Walen Funeral Home, 132 Fremont St., West Chicago. The Rev. Vern Arseneau will officiate.

Born July 24, 1908, in West Chicago, to James and Hanna Lynch, she died Thursday, Jan. 1, 1998, at King Bruwaert House, Burr Ridge. Burial will be private.

Mrs. Fox had been a resident of West Chicago virtually all of her life and was a direct descendant of Peter Baker, whose pre-Civil War home on Prince Crossing has been restored through the generosity of Mrs. Fox and her family. She and her husband, Wayne S. Fox, were also instrumental in the redevelopment of the former Chicago and Northwestern Railroad train station in West Chicago into the Wayne and Helen Fox Community Center.

Mrs. Fox was a member of St. Mary's Church and the Catholic Daughters of America Court 432 of West Chicago. She was also a former member of the West Chicago Garden Club.

Survivors include her husband, Wayne S. Fox; son, David W. ('Mike') Fox of Burr Ridge; granddaughters, Susan (Matthew) McGuire of Hinsdale and Katherine (Ryan) Lanham of Chicago; grandsons, David W. (Alexandra) Fox Jr. of New Canaan, Conn., and Thomas E. Fox of Beaverton, Ore; brother, Thomas Lynch of West Chicago; sister, Mae Reuland; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.
