Canton: Wanda Maxine Dorich, 93, of Canton passed away at 3:13 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Farmington Country Manor.
She was born January 20, 1923, in Fairview to Elden and Alta (Harn) Rohrer. She married Frank Dorich on March 10, 1944, during his enlistment in the United States Army. He preceded her in death on November 24, 2010.
She is survived by her two sons, Michael Lynn (Gloria) Dorich of Wheaton and Roderick Alan (Kathy) Dorich of Noblesville; one brother, Henry Rohrer of Canton; three grandchildren, Alan Dorich, Ann Daniel, and Kristin Dorich; and two great-grandchildren, Emma and Jameson Daniel.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Kenneth Rohrer; and two sisters, Melba McGuire and Wilda Brown.
Wanda was a self-sacrificing homemaker and a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
A visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton. Graveside funeral services will be held immediately following the visitation at White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton.3

Mildred Virginia Harn Barr, 90, of Wilkes-Barre, formerly of Bentleyville, died Monday, November 26, 2001, in Dorrance Manor, Kingston. She was born May 25, 1911, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of Jesse and Goldie Huey Bock.
Mrs. Barr lived in Bentleyville from 1937 to 1997 and moved to Wilkes-Barre in April 1997. Mrs. Barr was a member of Wesleyan Church of Bentleyville and its Missionary Society and Bentworth Senior Citizens. In 1972, she retired from the Western Pennsylvania School for the Blind in Pittsburgh after 10 years of service. Surviving are a daughter, Betty Bienia of Wilkes-Barre; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.      On 18 Jan 1950, Willis H. Booth completed Application for World War II Compensation - to be used by honarable discharged veteran or person still in service. His address was listed as 3113 Buffalo Road, Wesleyville, Erie County, Pennsylvania. He was born 16 Oct 1923 in Hundred, Wetzel County, West Virginia. He entered active service on 02 Mar 1943 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with service number of 33-437-905. He was separated from active service on 21 Jan 1946 in Indian Town Gap, Pennsylvania. It listed his step-mother as Christe Booth and father as Fred H. Booth, both in Rogersville, Pennsylvania.2

His parents were Fred H. and Pearl (Harn) Booth. He was married to Lisa (Lauber) Booth. Siblings were "Aiden and Floyd (""Speedy"") Booth; Martha Mitchell; Vileta Fletcher".
Willis was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing.
Upon returning from the war, Tarzan attended barber school in Pittsburgh, working his way through at Allegheny General Hospital.
Tarzan enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1943 and served honorably in the 3rd Army Division as a gunner during World War II under General George Patton in Europe.
Family and friends are invited to call at Messiah Lutheran Church on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service to be conducted there at 10 a.m. by the Rev. Jeffrey J. Piccirilli.1

Martha Booth Mitchell, 80, of Meadville, formerly of Rogersville and Houston, died at 7:25 p.m. Wednesday, January 14, 2009, in Hamot Medical Center, Erie, after being in failing health since August.
She was born August 2, 1928, in McMechen, W.Va., a daughter of Frederick Harold and Lydia Pearl Harn Booth.
Mrs. Mitchell had resided in Houston for 42 years prior to moving to Meadville in 2000.
She was a member of First Christian Church in Meadville and was a former member of Rogersville United Methodist Church and had attended Christian Missionary Alliance Church in Meadow Lands.
Mrs. Mitchell was a graduate and salutatorian of the Class of 1947 from the former Center Township High School in Rogersville.
Prior to her retirement in 1993, she was last employed as a seamstress with Ace Reconditioning in Washington.
Mrs. Mitchell enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, scenery painting and the time she was able to spend with her family.
On August 4, 1946, she married Fred Johnson Mitchell, who died December 9, 2008.

Deceased, in addition to her husband and parents, are a great-grandson, Zachery Thomas William, who died at the age of 18 months; and two brothers, George Adin and Floyd Wayne Booth.
Friends will be received from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday in Rush Funeral Home Inc., Rogersville, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 19, with Dr. Terry Clark of First Christian Church of Meadville officiating. Interment will follow in Rosemont Cemetery, Center Township. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to First Christian Church of Meadville, 503 North Main Street Ext., Meadville, PA 16335.     Martha Booth Mitchell, 80, of Meadville, formerly of Rogersville and Houston, died at 7:25 p.m. Wednesday, January 14, 2009, in Hamot Medical Center, Erie, after being in failing health since August.
    She was born August 2, 1928, in McMechen, W.Va., a daughter of Frederick Harold and Lydia Pearl Harn Booth.
    Mrs. Mitchell had resided in Houston for 42 years prior to moving to Meadville in 2000.
    She was a member of First Christian Church in Meadville and was a former member of Rogersville United Methodist Church and had attended Christian Missionary Alliance Church in Meadow Lands.
    Mrs. Mitchell was a graduate and salutatorian of the Class of 1947 from the former Center Township High School in Rogersville.
    Prior to her retirement in 1993, she was last employed as a seamstress with Ace Reconditioning in Washington.
    Mrs. Mitchell enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, scenery painting and the time she was able to spend with her family.
    On August 4, 1946, she married Fred Johnson Mitchell, who died December 9, 2008.
