Paul Joseph Fink, 80, of Burnsville and formerly of Northfield, died Thursday, June 12, 1997, at Apple Valley Health Care Center, Apple Valley. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. at St. Dominic's Catholic Church, Northfield, with Bishop Dudley officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Northfield.
Paul Joseph Fink was born Dec. 9, 1916, in Greendale Township, Minnesota. He lived in Northfield and married Leona Lee on Oct. 25, 1980, at St. Dominic's Church, Northfield. He was self-employed as a farmer and contractor. He loved to fish. Survivors include his wife, Leona (Lee) Fink of Burnsville; his children, Vivian (Bob) Molloy of New Jersey, Stephen (Ann) Fink of Australia, Elizabeth (Ron) Shoeman of Colorado, Marian Blomgren of White Bear, Minn., Paul (Anita) Fink of Burnsville; step-children, Diann (Ed) Culver of Lakeville, Delphine (Jim) Peterson of Apple Valley, LuAnn (David) Munger of Apple Valley, George Zick of Webster, Wis., and Jerome Zick of Hugo, Minn., seven grandchildren; two great grandsons; 16 step-grandchildren; 26 step-great grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Fink of Minneapolis; and Dorothy Herberholz of Northfield. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Stella; and five brothers and sisters.
