The cause of death was Lobar Pneumonia, contributing factor was 7-months pregnant.

Mrs. Katherine Sklenar, age 82, died Wednesday night at her home, 4716 North 45th Street. She was a widow and lived in Tacoma for 13 years. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. A.C. Houser of Eatonville and Mrs. Mary Hovel of Tacoma; two sons, Frank of Tacoma and John of Eatonville; also 19 grandchildren. The funeral will be held probably Monday. The cause of death was Heart Disease.

Following undated obituary, was in a letter from Mildred Harn in March 1995:
Mrs. Martha Huey Willard, 66, died in her home on Frye Ave., Bentleyville, Oct. 28, 1943, following a lingering illness. In 1897 she was married to Aden G. Harn, who died in 1924. In 1930 she was married to T.H. Willard who survives, with four children. Mrs. Fred (Pearl) Booth of Rogersville, Mrs. John (Hazel) Weaver of Niles, Ohio; and Mrs. Floyd (Margurite) Shaw of Bentleyville; and Paul Harn of Bentleyville. Also, three step-children; Earnest and Joseph Willard of Isabelle, and Mrs. Fred Wolfe of Washington.

     Polly Ann Huff was born on 12 May 1840.¹ She married William McClintic, son of Esten McClintic and Mary (Polly) Ruple, on 24 July 1858 at Indiana.¹ Polly Ann Huff died circa 1924.¹
