     Robert Dubois Rappleye was born on 13 August 1919 at New York.1 Robert Dubois Rappleye was a Professor at George Washington Univ. He was the son of Howard Snyder Rappleye and Nettie Louise Brewer. Robert Dubois Rappleye married Laura Hampson Eyler on 30 December 1941.1 Robert Dubois Rappleye lived in 1962 at Washington, District of Columbia, District of Columbia. Social Security Number issued in the District of Columbia. He died on 20 October 1986 at Selbyville, Sussex Co., Delaware, at age 67.2 He was buried at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, Prince George's Co., Maryland.3
