William Everet Smith II was born on 25 June 1924 at San Francisco, San Francisco Co., California.1 He was the son of Dr. William Evert Smith and Anita Mary Giblin.2 William Everet Smith II married Barbara Jean Johnson, daughter of Rufus William Johnson II and Laura Amanda Brewer, on 18 June 1952 at Contra Costa Co., California.3,4 William Everet Smith II died on 17 October 2003 at Concord, Contra Costa Co., California, at age 79.2 In July 1964 William Everet Smith II was a Principal, at Riverview Intermediate School, Riverview, San Bernardino Co., California.5

He is survived by his wife Barbara; four children, Stuart (Brenda), Susan (Michael), Stacy, Shannon (Russell); four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, sister Annabelle Hays and brother Stanley (Marie). He is predeceased by his brother Robert Smith (Gail) and grandson Nathan Smith. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Pittsburg Yacht Club on October 26th at 11 a.m. Donations may be made to Hospice of the East Bay or your favorite charity.
