Two deaths from infantile paralysis

Two deaths from infantile paralysis occurred within a half hour in this city this morning. They were: Frank Thilly, jr., aged 12 years, son of Dean and Mrs. Frank Thilly of 9 East avenue. Richard A. Hillick, aged 2 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis X Hillick, of 411 West Seneca street.
The case of the little Hillick child was the sixth one of the disease to be reported to the health authorities. The child was taken ill on Tuesday and the diagnosis did not reveal evidence of infantile paralysis until yesterday. The infant died at 9 o'clock this morning.
The Hillicks reside with Mrs. Hillick's mother, Mrs. Walter Brewer. There is one other child in the house Which has been placed under quarantine.
Father Sent Home.
Distracted by the death of his child, Francis Hillick, the father, left the house this morning. Health Officer H. H. Crum was notified and informed Police Headquarters. The father was located within a short time and returned to his home.
Richard Francis Hillick is survived by his parents-Mr. and Mrs. Francis Hillick, and one sister-Barbara. Both the Hillick and Thilly children will be buried tomorrow. There will be no public funeral services.
