     LuAnn Sandra Nebel is the daughter of Clyde William Nebel and Elsie Rose Karman.

     Martin Clyde Nebel was born on 22 September 1954 at Cody, Park Co., Wyoming.¹ He was the son of Clyde William Nebel and Elsie Rose Karman. Martin Clyde Nebel died on 18 July 1977 at Forsyth, Rosebud Co., Montana, at age 22.

     Peggy Jean Nebel was born on 21 October 1925 at Kane, Big Horn Co., Wyoming. She was the daughter of Soren C. Nebel and Lucetta Marie Bassett. Peggy Jean Nebel married Leroy Irvin Conant on 1 July 1944 at Maywood, Los Angeles Co., California.¹ Peggy Jean Nebel died on 31 March 1979 at Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah, at age 53.

"I, Peggy Nebel Conant, was born on a balmy September morning in 1925. My parents were Soren C. and Lucetta Bassett Nebel. I was born at the home of my Grandparents, Edwin and Eliza Ann Atkinson Bassett, at Kane, Wyoming. I attended grade school at Kane, Wyoming, where my parents owned a modest farm. By
riding thirty two miles daily on a bus, I was able to attend Lovell High School, from which I graduated in 1943. Shortly after graduation I went to Los Angeles where I met and married Leroy Conant in 1944. Our union has been blessed by three children, Sharon, Richard, and Linda. We have spent a number of years in New York,
and also lived in Indiana and Nebraska, but in 1959 we decided to make our permanent home back in the State of Wyoming."¹

     Soren C. Nebel was born on 30 September 1879 at Goshen, Utah Co., Utah. He married Lucetta Marie Bassett on 31 August 1904 at Lovell, Big Horn Co., Wyoming.¹ Soren C. Nebel died on 16 September 1948 at Lovell, Big Horn Co., Wyoming, at age 68.¹ He was buried on 18 September 1948 at Lovell Cemetery, Lovell, Big Horn Co., Wyoming.¹

     Stanford James Nebel was born in 1946 at Lovell, Big Horn Co., Wyoming.¹ He was the son of Clyde William Nebel and Gertrude Patricia Davis. Stanford James Nebel died in 1946 at Lovell, Big Horn Co., Wyoming.¹

     William Asay Nebel was born on 23 November 1936 at Lovell, Big Horn Co., Wyoming.¹ He was the son of Clyde William Nebel and Ida Vitate Asay. William Asay Nebel died on 19 August 1995 at Seattle, King Co., Washington, at age 58.

     Rita K. Neeley married Jeffrey T. Lawrence.

     Betty Joy Neeling was born circa 1922 at Iowa. She married James Lloyd Fellows, son of George Elbert Fellows and Minnie Inez Lilly, on 10 January 1969 at Sonoma Co., California.¹ Betty Joy Neeling died on 5 November 1988 at Cloverdale, Sonoma Co., California.

     Barbara Elizabeth Nefsinger was born in 1735 at Upper Conestoga Valley, Berks Co., Pennsylvania. She married Peter Livengood circa 1760 at Berks Co., Pennsylvania.² Barbara Elizabeth Nefsinger died on 4 May 1820 at Elk Lick, Somerset Co., Pennsylvania.^2,3 She was buried at Miller Farm Cemetery, Somerset Co., Pennsylvania.³

     Angelyn Belle Neher is the daughter of Richard Allen Neher and Madelyn Belle Payne.¹

     Jacinta Helen Neher is the daughter of Richard Allen Neher and Madelyn Belle Payne.¹ Jacinta Helen Neher married Shane Robinson.

     Jeffrey David Neher is the son of Richard Allen Neher and Madelyn Belle Payne.¹ Jeffrey David Neher married Naomi Nicole La Croix, daughter of Calvin Phillip La Croix and Kristine Rose Harn, on 15 October 2011 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Shieldsville, Rice Co., Minnesota. Jeffrey David Neher and Naomi Nicole La Croix were divorced. Jeffrey David Neher and Naomi Nicole La Croix were engaged in 2010.

     Karlene Joann Neher is the daughter of Richard Allen Neher and Madelyn Belle Payne.¹

     Micayla Chera Neher is the daughter of Richard Allen Neher and Madelyn Belle Payne.¹ Micayla Chera Neher married Aaron Crosby on 28 July 2012.

     Oliver Neher is the son of Jeffrey David Neher and Naomi Nicole La Croix.

     Richard Allen Neher married Madelyn Belle Payne on 12 February 1977 at Olmsted Co., Minnesota.^1,2

     Allen Glen Nelson married Diane Dorothy Towle, daughter of Ellsworth Merton Towle and Dorothy Gustava Johnson, on 14 June 1964 at Rice Co., Minnesota; Certificate Number:      M13-171.

     Anna Marie Nelson was born on 26 May 1894 at Sweden. She married Everett Floyd Harn, son of George Wesley Harn and Alice Elenor Crowch, circa 1921. Anna Marie Nelson died in June 1986 at Oak Lawn, Cook Co., Illinois, at age 92.

     Carol Louise Nelson married Stephen Courtney Knudson, son of Edward Wayne Knudson and Jacquelyn Gail Jones.

     Caroline Nelson was born on 8 March 1859 at Dent Co., Missouri.¹ She married Thomas Brewster Warfel, son of James Alexander Warfel and Martle Helen Hopkins, on 12 November 1882. Caroline Nelson died on 23 July 1938 at Steelville, Crawford Co., Missouri, at age 79.¹ She was buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Salem, Dent Co., Missouri.¹

     Conley Denton Nelson also went by the name of Buzz. He was born on 2 August 1939 at Spokane, Spokane Co., Washington.¹ He was born on 8 February 1939.² He was the son of Denton John Nelson and Shirley A. Gough. Conley Denton Nelson married Doris Darlene Redman, daughter of James Roby Redman and Ruby Fellows, on 16 December 1964 at Boise, Ada Co., Idaho.^3,4 Conley Denton Nelson died on 28 April 2010 at Medford, Jackson Co., Oregon, at age 70.¹


"On graduation day, November 30, 1960, only 252 members of 61-D had the coveted Silver Wings of a United States Air Force Pilot pinned on their uniforms. A few had washed back to graduate with a later class, some had gone on to other USAF specialties, one had died, the rest of the best, had either washed out or SIE'd. " Conley "Buzz" Nelson jumped ship to the USCG after flying B-47's for four years.⁵ He lived in December 2002 at 1428 Highcrest Dr., Medford, Jackson Co., Oregon. 2Lt Conley "Buzz" Nelson went through Basic Training at Reese Air Base and continued on to Spence Air Base for primary training; member of 61-Delta USAF Pilot class.

Went on to a career in the USCG. Survived by his sister, Judith Bailor and her family, in CO, and many friends. RIP Buzz and Doris.¹

     Debbie Ann Nelson married Robert Jerome Stumpf, son of Jerome John Stumpf and Beverly Elaine Squires, on 5 May 1990 at Morrison Co., Minnesota.^1,2

     Denton John Nelson was born on 11 July 1908 at Peach, Lincoln Co., Washington. He married Shirley A. Gough on 1 January 1937 at Spokane, Spokane Co., Washington. Denton John Nelson died on 10 May 1995 at Spokane, Spokane Co., Washington, at age 86.

     Edward Raymond Nelson II was born on 27 March 1929 at Los Angeles Co., California. He married Beverly Ann Babbit on 27 January 1951 at Los Angeles Co., California. Edward Raymond Nelson II and Beverly Ann Babbit were divorced in November 1967 at Contra Costa Co., California. Edward Raymond Nelson II died in 2000.

     Ethel K. Nelson was born on 13 October 1914 at North Dakota.¹ She married Michael G. Bruner in 1940. Ethel K. Nelson died on 30 June 1992 at Klamath Co., Oregon, at age 77.¹ She was buried at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens, Klamath Falls, Klamath Co., Oregon.¹

Mrs. Bruner was born in Cogsville, North Dakota, to Carl and Borghilde Nelson. She married Michael G. Bruner in 1940 and he preceded her in death in 1985.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters of America, Court Klamath No. 1295 and Burlington Northern Veterans Association.

Mrs. Bruner enjoyed homemaking, speaking Norwegian, cooking the foods of that country, gardening, sewing and her children and grandchildren.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Betty L. Bruner, Klamath Falls; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1985; her parents; and sisters, Marlin Lou and Genevieve Nelson.

     Etta Nelson was born on 8 July 1913 at Freeborn Co., Minnesota.² She married George E. Stieglbauer on 2 May 1930.² Etta Nelson married Oscar Hjelmen on 11 October 1980.² Etta Nelson died on 11 June 2008 at New Richland Care Center, New Richland, Steele Co., Minnesota, at age 94.² She was buried in June 2008 at Geneva Cemetery, Ellendale, Freeborn Co., Minnesota.²

The funeral service for Etta Stieglbauer Hjelmen of Geneva will be 11 a.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church, Ellendale. The Rev. Gary Liker will officiate. Interment will be in the Geneva Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Bonnerup Funeral Service, Ellendale, and one hour before the service at the church.
Etta died Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at the New Richland Care Center. She was 94 years old.
Etta was born July 8, 1913, in Freeborn County to Martin Carl and Anne Christine (Jensen) Nelson. She attend school in Geneva and the Farr Country School outside of Geneva. Etta spent the majority of her life in the Geneva area. Etta married George Stieglbauer on May 2, 1930. He died in March 1965. She later married Oscar Hjelmen on Oct. 11, 1980. He died April 9, 1996. Etta was a member of the United Methodist Church of Geneva and belonged to the UMW. She was a homemaker and had worked for Northern Valley and Land-O-Lakes. Etta belonged to the Tuesday Club and Senior Citizens. She enjoyed gardening, baking, fishing at their cabin by Longville, dancing and traveling. Etta loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
Etta is survived by seven children: Loretta Anderson of Albert Lea, Louis (Barbara) Stieglbauer of Woodbridge, Va., Shirley Diaz of Mankato, Jeanette (Terry) Ringeon of Albert Lea, Julia (Kenneth) Farr of Geneva, George (Susan) Stieglbauer of Geneva, and LaVerne (Linda) Stieglbauer of Geneva; 22 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; brother Olaf F. Nelson of Geneva; sister-in-law: Adeline Nelson of New Richland; son-in-law: Manuel Cortinas of Faribault; many nieces and nephews.
Etta is preceded in death by her parents Martin and Christine Nelson; husbands: George Stieglbauer and Oscar Hjelmen; daughters: Delores and Donna in infancy and daughter Margaret Cortinas; grandsons: George Stieglbauer III., Steven Stieglbauer, John Diaz; sons-in-law: Allan Anderson, Jesse Diaz; brothers: Magnus (Mary) Nelson, Nels C. Nelson, Einer (Bessie) Nelson, Ervin Nelson: sisters: Carrie in infancy, Clara (Ralph) Nutter and Emma (George) Snater and sister-in-law Myrtle Nelson.³

     Gary Lee Nelson is the son of Ronald George Nelson and June Jeanette Banick.

     George Alrich Nelson was born circa 1907 at Zumbrota, Goodhue Co., Minnesota, George was 30 years old when son Ronald born, in 1937. He was born on 11 June 1906.² He married Dorothy Jeanette Adler, daughter of Carl Henry Adler and Edna Earl Perkins, on 15 June 1933 at Red Wing, Goodhue Co., Minnesota. George Alrich Nelson died on 30 August 1983 at Goodhue Co., Minnesota.² He was buried at Wacouta Cemetery, Wacouta Twsp., Goodhue Co., Minnesota. He lived in 1959 at Red Wing, Goodhue Co., Minnesota. When son born in 1937, George was listed as a merchant. When daughter born in 1942, George listed as a carpenter. Birth Record for Judith, said father born in Zumbrota.
