     Martha Jane McNeil was born on 22 February 1861.^2,3 She married Reason Elmer Harn, son of Jonathan Harn and Susan Crabtree, circa 1885.⁴ Martha Jane McNeil died on 11 February 1936 at Illinois at age 74.^5,3 She was buried at Waterford (Sepo) Cemetery, Lewistown, Fulton Co., Illinois.^2,3

     Grace McPhie was born on 14 October 1921 at Reliance, Sweetwater Co., Wyoming.¹ She married Rex Malcolm Percy, son of Charles Roland Percy and Ruby Ellen Voorhies, on 1 September 1940 at Las Vegas, Clark Co., Nevada. Grace McPhie died on 11 March 2001 at Colton, San Bernardino Co., California, at age 79.¹ She was buried at Montecito Memorial Park, Colton, San Bernardino Co., California.¹

     Charlotte Lee Mead was born on 1 August 1922 at Des Moines, Polk Co., Iowa. She was the daughter of Stanley J. Mead and Freda Janet Beaver. Charlotte Lee Mead died on 5 October 1992 at Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., California, at age 70.

     Stanley J. Mead was born on 11 June 1895 at New York, New York Co., New York.¹

Stanley J. Mead served as a SGT in the US Army during World War I.

He married Freda Janet Beaver, daughter of William A. Beaver and Maud W. (?), on 12 May 1920 at Ida Grove, Ida Co., Iowa. Stanley J. Mead died on 18 December 1980 at Kern Co., California, at age 85.¹ He was buried at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Sylmar, Los Angeles Co., California.¹

     William Mead was the son of Stanley J. Mead and Freda Janet Beaver.

     Hannah V. Meamber was born circa 1888 at Minnesota. She married Ernest Rector Mosby.

     Joseph Daniel Medley was born on 12 November 1875 at Dent Co., Missouri. He married Rosa Bell Christopher, daughter of William Thomas Christopher and Nancy Ann Counts. Joseph Daniel Medley died on 25 February 1944 at Dent Co., Missouri, at age 68. He was buried at Bunker Cemetery, Bunker, Reynolds Co., Missouri.¹

     Diane Rose Medvec married Allen Glenn Overturf, son of Glenn Allen Overturf and Margaret Ellen King, on 1 September 1990 at Hennepin Co., Minnesota.

     Dorothy Seykora Barrel Meek was born on 31 October 1917 at Steele Co., Minnesota. She married Paul Emil Bartel.¹ Dorothy Seykora Barrel Meek lived in August 2005 at Hayfield, Dodge Co., Minnesota.¹ She died on 20 May 2007 at Dodge Co., Minnesota, at age 89.

     Louisa Meeker married Richard Sarle on 27 October 1857 at La Porte Co., Indiana. Louisa Meeker died on 5 June 1869.

     William G. Meese was born in 1881.¹ He married Emma Eleanore LaPierre, daughter of Gilbert Denis LaPierre and Eulalie Besson, on 31 December 1907.² William G. Meese died in 1937.¹ He was buried at Reyburn Cemetery, Peru, Miami Co., Indiana.¹

     Lawrence Leroy Meierle Sr. was born on 11 May 1914 at Iroquois Co., Illinois. He married Floradell Redman, daughter of Walter Redman and Bertha May Martin, on 13 July 1940 at Watseka, Iroquois Co., Illinois. Lawrence Leroy Meierle Sr. died on 30 December 1977 at Larimer Co., Colorado, at age 63.

     Sarah Elvona Melton was born on 25 February 1907 at Missouri.¹ She married William Herbert Warfel, son of George Oren Warfel and Clara Adlee Godbey, on 25 October 1922 at Missouri. Death Certificate for Sarah Warfel in March 1928, lists her as Separated.

The cause of death was Chronic Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Sarah Elvona Melton died on 19 March 1928 at St. Louis, St. Louis City, Missouri, at age 21.¹ She was buried at Grave is unmarked, Oak Hill Cemetery, Kirkwood, St. Louis Co., Missouri.¹

     Mary Mencik was born on 24 March 1809 at Dolni Bukovsko No. 93, Ceské Budejovice, Bohemia.³ She was the daughter of Jacub Mencik and Rosiny Shima.

- Jakub and Marie Nestaval had another daughter, Barbora, who gave birth to 2 illegitimate children in 1853 and 1854, in Horni Bukovsko. She later married Matej Kubes.      The death records of Jakub and Marie Nestaval cannot be found in the records of the parsonage in Zalsi, up to year 1881. The priest made an obvious error when writing the above marriage record; he listed that the father of the groom was Frantisek Nestaval.


The translator said "there are some errors in the original text, by which I mean errors in the parsonage registers. For example, the name Frcal is also spelled as Frzal, Marianna is also spelled Mariana, Mensik is also spelled Mencik, Rozina is also spelled Rozyna, etc."


Mary Mencik was also known as Maria. She married Jacob Nestaval, son of Matej Nestaval and Anna Kaderavek, on 17 May 1836 at Horni Bukovsko, Ceské Budejovice, Bohemia. Mary Mencik immigrated on 1 July 1876 to New York, New York Co., New York,

The New York City Immigration Passenger Lists, show that on 01 Jul 1876, the vessel Rhein on it's voyage from Bremen Germany, had the following Nestaval family as passengers: Jacob at 73 years old and Maria at 67 years.

The Rhein was built by Caird & Co, Greenock in 1868 for Norddeutscher Lloyd (North German Lloyd). Her details were - 2,901 gross tons, length 332ft x beam 40ft, clipper stem, one funnel, two masts, iron construction, single screw and a speed of 13 knots. There was accommodation for 70-1st class passengers, 100-2nd class passengers and 600-3rd class passengers. Launched in August 1868, she sailed on her maiden voyage from Bremen to Southampton and New York on 3/10/1868. In 1878 her engines were compounded by the builders and on 16/10/1889 she left Bremen on her last voyage to Baltimore and New York.⁴
She died in 1890 at Montgomery, Le Sueur Co., Minnesota.

     Elliot Melvin Menzie was born on 17 September 1901 at Pierceton, Kosciuko, Indiana. He married Alice P. Dupuis, daughter of Caville Dupuis and Agnes Irvine, on 27 August 1927 at Kalispell, Flathead Co., Montana. Elliot Melvin Menzie died on 15 June 1959 at Hungry Horse, Flathead Co., Montana, at age 57.

     Albert L. Meredith was born on 7 May 1835. He was the son of William R. Meredith and Harriet O. Davis. Albert L. Meredith was buried at Davis Cemetery, Morristown, Shelby Co., Indiana.²

     Fletcher Meredith was the son of William R. Meredith and Harriet O. Davis. Fletcher Meredith was a Lawyer. Ellen Dorcas Harn Manuscript. Mayor of Shelbyville, Indiana. Studied Law and then went to Kansas-publishing a newspaper. Emigrated to Hutchinson, Kansas.¹
