— Virda Anderson Copeland, 89, died Sunday, Feb. 11, in Tulsa. She was born Nov. 11, 1917 at Mt. Pleasant, Ark. She was retired after working for Eastman Kodak for over 25 years. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Guardian Norman Funeral Home Chapel of Remembrance.
Mrs. Copeland was preceded in death by her parents, James Frank and Nellie Mae Anderson; her husband of 20 years, George Upton Harn; her husband of 25 years, Owis Kenneth Copeland; brothers Lloyd, Boyd and Lowell Anderson; sisters Velta Porter and Vera Walker; nephew G.P. Porter; and great-nephew Robert Anderson.
She is survived by her daughter Patricia Harn Kopenhagen of Tulsa; brother Buel Anderson of Purcell; sisters Veda Schwartz of Yucca Valley, Calif., and Genevieve Reaves of Scottsdale, Ariz; a grandson, Lance Kopenhagen of Tulsa; granddaughter Cynthia Moan and husband Gregory Moan; great-grandsons Mason and Noah Moan of Owasso; 15 nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews.⁴
