Cheryl Lynn Bullington lived in December 1964 at Sidney, Cheyenne Co., Nebraska.³ She married Charles Samuel Turk. Cheryl Lynn Bullington married male Ayers. Cheryl Lynn Bullington lived in 2008 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming. She lived in March 2018 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming. She married Huey E. Caster on 26 July 2018.² Cheryl Lynn Bullington died on 8 April 2023 at Central Wyoming Hospice, Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming, at age 64.¹

Cheryl L. Caster, 64, passed away peacefully at Central Wyoming Hospice on April 8, 2023. Cheryl was born June 1, 1958 in Casper, Wyoming to Leslie A. and Viola V. (Struck) Bullington. In 1999, Cheryl met Huey E. Caster of Casper, WY. They later married on July 26, 2018. A union two families honored and joined together as one.

Cheryl worked in the public services industry for a variety of different employers which included USPS, Automation and Electronics, Walmart, and Red Eagle before retiring with Monson Janitorial Services, LLC when in 2020 after 12 years of dedicated services.

Cheryl was devoted to her family and friends. She took great pride in her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. When it came to her babies; Cheryl made sure never missed a birthday, holiday, family vacation, camping trip, boat ride or a chance to just spoil them by hanging out or taking them to the parks and swimming pools. She always looked forwards to attending as many of their sporting events and school programs that she could. When she wasn’t spending time with her babies, she was hanging out and telling stories with her friends, playing bingo, doing crafts, shopping or finding any excuse to drive.

Preceding her in death was her Grandparents; Parents; sons Charles R.J. Turk; Chad A. Turk; David D. Turk; Nephews Christopher Bullington; Beau Bullinton; Aunt Betty Howell; Uncle George Struck; and Brother-In-Law Terry Halbert.

She is survived by her husband Huey E. Caster of Casper, WY; daughter April (Darrell) Summers of Glenrock, WY; brother Les (Tammy) Bullington of Greeley, CO; George (Benita) Bullington of Casper, WY; Tomas Bullington of Clayton, NM; twin sister Carol Halbert of Marble Falls, TX; step children Brandon (Naomi Morgan) Caster of Aurora, CO; Felicity Wheeler of Casper, WY; Justin (Chelsea) of Haxtun, CO; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday May 6, 2023, followed by a Celebration of life at the Isaak Walton Clubhouse, 4205 Fort Caspar Rd. Casper, WY 82604.

Memorial Contributions may be made in her name to Central Wyoming Hospice.

Leslie Allen Bullington married Viola Virginia Struck, daughter of William Ismael Struck and Cleofitas Trujillo, on 19 April 1952 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming. Leslie Allen Bullington died on 30 November 1964 at Sidney, Cheyenne Co., Nebraska, at age 34.^1,2 He was buried at Highland Cemetery, Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming, Block 112, Lot 3, Grave 4.¹


Former Casper Resident Dies
Leslie A. Bullington, 32, a former Casper resident, died Saturday night at Sidney, Neb. He and his family had been transferred there in January by the A. M. F. Tuboscope Co. He was born in Hay Springs, Neb., and moved to Casper as a small boy, where he was reared and educated. Casper had always been his home, except during his service with the U. S. Marine Corps, 1948 to 1952. Mr. Bullington is survived by his wife Viola, daughters Carol Lea and Cheryl Lynn, sons, Leslie Ray, George Raymond and Thomas Allen, all of the family home in Sidney; his father, Ray Bullington, of Casper; his mother, Mrs. Josephine Lawrence, of Spokane, Wash; brothers, Raymond and Gary Bullington, of Casper and Archie, Dick, Bobby and Donald Aim, all of Casper; and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Johnson, also of Casper. The body is being brought to Casper from Sidney. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by the Bustard Funeral Home.

     Raymond Noel Bullington was born on 19 January 1907 at Frontier Co., Nebraska. He married Josephine Isabell Millspaugh on 24 August 1927 at South Dakota. Raymond Noel Bullington lived in December 1964 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming. He died on 26 January 1967 at Converse Co., Wyoming, at age 60.

     Thomas Allen Bullington is the son of Leslie Allen Bullington and Viola Virginia Struck.

Bruce Trevor Bullock graduated in 1948 at Redondo Union High School, Redondo Beach, Los Angeles Co., California.¹ He married Margaret Elizabeth Rupel, daughter of John Drollinger Rupel and Bonnie May Phillips, on 5 February 1956 at St Cornelius Catholic Church, Long Beach, Los Angeles Co., California.^2,1 Bruce Trevor Bullock graduated in June 1957 at Long Beach State College, Long Beach, Los Angeles Co., California, majored in speech and English, and obtained a Speech Therapy Credential and a Secondary Teaching Credential.¹ He died on 2 November 2010 at California at age 80.

Bruce Trevor Bullock, 80, passed away surround by his loving family on Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, at his home in Woodland.

Bruce was born on April 27, 1930, in Omaha, Neb., to Dr. Trevor Wilson Bullock, and Hazel Ella (Russell) Bullock. The family moved to California when Bruce was four months old. Dr. Bullock taught at the USC School of Dentistry, before opening his dental practice in Lomita. Bruce grew up and attended schools in Redondo Beach, and graduated from Redondo Union High School in 1948. He attended El Camino Junior College before transferring to Arizona State College in Flagstaff, Ariz.

In 1951, Bruce enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he was stationed at Ft. Ord, and Ft. Armstrong in Hawaii. He ran the small animal hospital at Ft. Armstrong. He was honorably discharged in 1953 as a corporal after 16 months of service.

Bruce attended Long Beach City College, majoring in speech, debate and forensics. He was active with the LBCC Debate Team. It was at LBCC that he met his future bride, Margaret Elizabeth Rupel. They both transferred to Long Beach State College, and married on Feb. 5, 1956. Bruce and Margaret graduated in June 1957, one week after their first son, Scott Trevor Bullock, was born. Bruce majored in speech and English, and obtained a Speech Therapy Credential and a Secondary Teaching Credential. Their second son, Robert Bruce Bullock, was born in 1959 in Long Beach. Bruce received his master's degree in English from Long Beach State College in 1961.

Bruce was a speech therapist in Torrance for three years. In 1961, the family moved to Woodland, where Bruce became an English and Debate teacher at Woodland High School where he taught for 30 years. He became the class adviser and English Department chairman. In addition, Bruce became a life member of the Woodland Education Association, California Teachers Association, and National Education Association. Bruce served as chairman for the negotiating team for WEA for several years.

During this time, another son, John Russell Bullock, was born in 1963. Their daughter, Julia Patricia Bullock, was born in 1964.

In 1972, Bruce received a National Science Foundation grant to attend Western Michigan University at Kalamazoo, Mich. During this six-week sociology seminar, Bruce developed the entire curriculum for Human Development, which was a family life semester course. He taught this course for 20 years at Woodland High. In addition, Bruce taught U.S. History and Government at the high school. He retired in 1991.

Bruce was an avid fisherman, who enjoyed fishing and camping off the Northern California Coast at Shelter cove. He enjoyed woodworking and repairing classic cars. Bruce rode Harley-Davidson motorcycles for more than 60 years. For almost 10 years, Bruce flew his own airplane, a Cessna 206, and enjoyed taking his family to various parts of the United States.

In addition to his educational affiliations, Bruce was a member of the Carlton Club of woodland, the Cal Retired Teacher's Association, and was the executive secretary of the OFC.

Bruce volunteered for 12 years with the Yolo County Ombudsman Association, and represented patients in nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities.

Bruce is survived by his wife of 54 years, Margaret Bullock; son, Robert Bullock of Woodland; and his son, John and wife Sandra Bullock of Citrus Heights; daughter, Julia and husband Anthony Peralta of Murrieta; sister, Patricia June and husband Clifford June of Redondo Beach; grandchildren, Trevor Scott Bullock of Auburn, Kayla Maria Peralta, Nolan Anthony Peralta and Davis Scott Peralta of Murrieta. He was preceded in death by his son, Scott Trevor Bullock, U.S. Army.

A celebration of life is scheduled for 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 20, at the Woodland Presbyterian Church, 1324 Columbia Drive, Woodland. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Bruce Bullock's memory go to the Scholarship Fund, California Retired Teachers Association, Yolo Division No. 83, 1525 Redwood Lane, Davis, 95616.

     Elizabeth G. Burgee was born in January 1886 at Maryland. She was the daughter of Robert H. Burgee and Esther Harn.

     Ephraim Burgee was born in June 1882 at Maryland 1900 MD Census lists year of birth. He was the son of Robert H. Burgee and Esther Harn.

     Robert H. Burgee married Esther Harn, daughter of Ephriam Harn and Elizabeth Ellen Gosnell.¹ Robert H. Burgee was born in May 1849 at Maryland 1900 MD Census lists year of birth.

     Emily Burgess was born on 15 March 1826 at Tennessee.^1,2 She married Levi Harn, son of Lloyd Harn and Susannah H. Ish, in 1841. Emily Burgess died on 23 August 1873 at Fulton Co., Illinois, at age 47.^1,2 She was buried at Oak Hill Cemetery, Lewistown, Fulton Co., Illinois.²

     Lyle Burgett was born on 1 June 1894.² He married Irma C. Harn, daughter of Christopher Harn and Mary Levingston, in 1913. Lyle Burgett and Irma C. Harn were divorced before 1920. Lyle Burgett died on 21 May 1922 at age 27.² He was buried at Oak Hill Cemetery, Lewistown, Fulton Co., Illinois.²

     Mary Wanda Burgett was born on 12 April 1915 at Lewistown, Fulton Co., Illinois.² She was the daughter of Lyle Burgett and Irma C. Harn. Mary Wanda Burgett married Gerald F. Bonnett on 17 March 1943. Mary Wanda Burgett died on 29 June 1996 at Scottsdale, Maricopa Co., Arizona, at age 81.² She was buried at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Havana, Mason Co., Illinois.²

     Arthur John Buringrud was born on 28 March 1922 at Thief River Falls, Pennington Co., Minnesota.¹ He married Virginia May Noel, daughter of Clifford Elmer Noel and Inga Brooten, on 10 April 1949. Arthur John Buringrud died on 6 March 2018 at Grand Forks, Grand Forks Co., North Dakota, at age 95.¹ He was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Thief River Falls, Pennington Co., Minnesota.¹
