The cause of death was killed in a car crash on Highway 36 near St. Joseph, Missouri.² Amy May O'Neal died in August 1961 at Missouri at age 80.¹ She was buried at Utica Cemetery, Utica, Seward Co., Nebraska.¹

     Laverne Lillian O'Neal was born on 14 June 1904 at Moline, Rock Islan Co., Illinois.¹ She married Howard Benjamin Hartley, son of Verner Tip Hartley and Artie May Noel, on 12 October 1925 at Glasgow, Valley Co., Montana. Laverne Lillian O'Neal and Howard Benjamin Hartley were divorced on 20 April 1944 at Klamath Co., Oregon, Grounds listed were Desertion. Laverne Lillian O'Neal married Lawrence John Fitzsimmons on 6 July 1949 at Nevada. Laverne Lillian O'Neal lived in February 1982 at Klamath Falls, Klamath Co., Oregon. She died on 16 December 1999 at Klamath Falls, Klamath Co., Oregon, at age 95.¹ She was buried at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens, Klamath Falls, Klamath Co., Oregon.¹

     Wilma Jean Oakes was born on 9 November 1936 at Ottawa, Franklin Co., Kansas.¹ She graduated in 1955 at Ottawa High School, Ottawa, Franklin Co., Kansas. She married Frank Charles Brown Jr., son of Frank Roy Brown and Elma Margaret Perkins, on 24 July 1959 at Faith Lutheran Church, Ottawa, Franklin Co., Kansas. Wilma Jean Oakes died on 4 March 2009 at Lawrence, Douglas Co., Kansas, at age 72.¹ She was buried on 9 May 2009 at Highland Cemetery, Ottawa, Franklin Co., Kansas.¹

     Elizabeth H. Ogden was born circa 1656 at Southampton, Suffolk Co., New York.^1,2 She was the daughter of John Ogden and Judith Budd. Elizabeth H. Ogden married Joseph Purdy, son of Francis (1) Purdy and Mary Elizabeth Brundage, in 1680 at Westchester Co., New York.^3,4

NOTE: Elizabeth, wife of Joseph Purdy, was mentioned as a possible daughter of John Ogden (of Rye) by Donald Lines Jacobus (History and Genealogy of the Families of Old Fairfield; volume 1, page 496; 1930). However, there is no primary evidence that she was an Ogden.

One of the witnesses to the will of Joseph Purdy (will book 7, pages 598-600) was "Elizabeth Ogden" who could not write her name but instead signed with a mark ("H"). This witness was most likely Elizabeth (Miller) Ogden, wife of David Ogden. Unfortunately, the mark ("H") has been misinterpreted by some as having been a middle initial of the wife of the testator. Elizabeth H. Ogden died circa 1742 at Rye, Westchester Co., New York.^5,1 Her Ancestral File Number is CT1Q-1D. She was buried at Purdy Burying Ground, Rye, Westchester Co., New York.¹

     John Ogden was born in 1625 at Bingley, Metropolitan Borough of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England.² He married Judith Budd in 1655. John Ogden died on 7 August 1682 at Rye, Westchester Co., New York.² He was buried at Budd Burying Ground, Rye, Westchester Co., New York.²

     Joyce Lynn Ogden was born on 2 January 1956 at Benton Harbor, Berrien Co., Michigan. She graduated circa 1974 at Lawrence High School, Lawrence, Van Buren Co., Michigan. She graduated at Davenport College of Business, Grand Rapids, Kent Co., Michigan, associate's degree in accounting. She married William Roger Stinchcomb, son of James Frances Stinchcomb and Wanda Joy Showalter, on 23 June 1979 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo Co., Michigan. Joyce Lynn Ogden lived in July 1979 at Lawrence, Van Buren Co., Michigan. She lived in January 2004 at Lawrence, Van Buren Co., Michigan.¹ She died on 26 November 2012 at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo Co., Michigan, at age 56.

     Lavernia Ogden was born in 1826.¹ She married Dr. Thomas J. Moores in 1842.² Lavernia Ogden died in 1894.¹ She was buried at Fairview Cemetery, Craigton, Wayne Co., Ohio.¹

     Barbara Joyce Olds married Charles Egbert Mettler Sr., son of Egbert Sears Mettler and Marion Josephine Brewer, on 28 May 1950 at First Methodist Church, Canandaigua, Ontario Co., New York.^2,3

He married Barbara Lucelia Hillick, daughter of Francis Xavier Hillick and Sidney Virginia Brewer, on 27 May 1939 at Wilmington, New Castle Co., Delaware. Vincent Gerald Oliver Sr. died on 30 March 1988 at Fayetteville, Cumberland Co., North Carolina, at age 80.² He was buried at Calvary Cemetery, Ithaca, Tompkins Co., New York.²

     William G. Oliver was born on 4 July 1892.¹ He married Lillian Pauline Harn, daughter of Willard Eugene Harn and Annette May Bopst. William G. Oliver died on 15 June 1956 at age 63.¹ He was buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Woodlawn, Baltimore Co., Maryland.¹

     Terri Lee Olsen married Rodney Dean Hale, son of Floyd Preston Hale and Jean LaRue Everest, on 14 January 1967 at North Bend, Coos Co., Oregon. Terri Lee Olsen and Rodney Dean Hale were divorced on 31 July 1972 at Coos Co., Oregon.

     Bertha G. Olson was born on 12 December 1855 at Norway.¹ She was born circa 1856 at Norway CENSUS: 1920 MN, Stevens Co., Donnelly Village, E.D. 166, Sheet 1. Bertha G. Olson was also known as Hausken.

The family used the name Olson and Hausken. She married Llewellyn Dennison Perkins, son of Jonathan Raymond Perkins and Hannah Emily Judkins, on 28 March 1878 at Stevens Co., Minnesota. Bertha G. Olson immigrated in 1880 to USA. She was naturalized in 1890. She died on 19 January 1924 at age 68.¹ She was buried at Summit Cemetery, Morris, Stevens Co., Minnesota.¹
