Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Roller and Hapgood for Mrs. Sara E. Corbet, 86, who passed away yesterday evening at the Palo Alto Hospital after an extended illness.
Mrs. Corbet and her husband, the late Burke Corbet, San Francisco attorney, came to California from North Dakota in 1900 and settled in Menlo Park so their children could attend Stanford University.
The family moved to San Francisco some years later, and Mrs. Corbet returned to live in Palo Alto in 1934 when her husband died. She made her home at 140 Dana St.
Mrs. Corbet is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lewis E. Hanchett of San Francisco and Mrs. John Selby of Palo Alto, and a son, Edward B. Corbet of Palo Alto.
The Rev. Everett Clay Thomson, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, will conduct the services. Interment will be at Alta Mesa Memorial Park.

She married Richard Dewey Luchau, son of Harold Francis Luchau and Beatrice V. Dewey, on 20 August 1949 at Pinal Co., Arizona. Dorothy Nadine Irvine died on 12 July 1998 at Missoula, Missoula Co., Montana, at age 76.¹ She was buried at Lakeview Cemetery, Polson, Lake Co., Montana.¹
