Ulman, Scott R. Ph.D. Born in Rochester, MN, 70 years ago, and died on June 5, 2018 at the N.C. Little Hospice Home in Edina after a year-long battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Donald and Marianne, and his brother, Jeffrey. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie ("the light of his life", as he described her); his sister, Stephanie (Michael) Blair; his niece, Tamara McNamara; his nephew, Andrew Blair; his brother-in-law, Dennis Anderson (Judy); his godchild, Trenton Anderson; several nieces and nephews; and close friends, including, Kathy Rovenko, Carol Huttner, Robert Ritterbusch, and Michael Sher. He began his career in the experimental labs at the University of Minnesota as a pre-med student working with Dr. Wangensteen and ended his career as a Financial Economist for the US Treasury Department. Scott was a brilliant man and excelled in multiple areas. He left an indelible mark on many while here on earth. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 16th at 11:00 a.m. at the Anglican Church of St. Dunstan, 4241 Brookside Avenue, Saint Louis Park, MN. A luncheon will follow the service.

Madge Nadine Weatherwax, born July 31, 1920, passed away September 1 1, 2012 at Shepherd of the Valley Care Center in Casper Wyoming.

Madge was a business woman who opened shop in the 1940s, long before the Women's Movement. Madge owned and operated her own Beauty Salon in Thermopolis, WY after receiving her Diploma from Halls School of Beauty Culture in 1945.
She played tennis into her late 70’s, belonged to the Humane Society, VFW Auxiliary, and other organizations. She loved playing cards and games with her kids, Madge graduated from NCHS, class of 1938 and lived in Wyoming most of her life.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Lois Uncapher; two sisters; her first born son, John Mahaffey and her former husband and lifelong love, Douglas Weatherwax. She is survived by her daughter, Nita Lowndes; sons, Robert Weatherwax and Ronald Ennis; sister, Lucy Bensinger; first-born granddaughter, Kathleen; grandchildren, Dean, Shane, Kriste, Lori, Amie, Rob, Michael .Richard, Debbie, Laurie, Billie Joe, Kristina and Joel and numerous great grandchildren.
Services are pending at Bustard's Funeral Home at a later date. She will be sorely missed with her love, wit and humor.

WILCOX, MARJORIE PERKINS - Graveside services were held in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Porterville, yesterday afternoon for Marjorie Perkins Wilcox, 86, who resided 66 years in Porterville. She was a native of Illinois and came to southeastern Tulare County in 1910 with her first husband, the late James W. Perkins. They were engaged in citrus ranching southeast of Porterville. He was killed in a ranch accident in 1938. She married the late Elton Wilcox in 1950. He died six years later. Mrs. Wilcox was active in the Women's Society of Christian Service of First United Methodist Church, Parent-Teacher Association, and Porterville Women's Club. Surviving are a daughter, Mary Marjorie Hauert of Porterville; a son, James Perkins of Porterville; 2 stepsons. Leon and Myron Wilcox, both of Porterville; 3 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
