Chester Marvin Root died in July 1985 at Flora, Clay Co., Illinois, at age 91.² He was buried at Rushville City Cemetery, Rushville, Schuyler Co., Illinois.²

     Dale Root married Mary Ellen Lashbrook, daughter of Richard Carl Lashbrook and Violet Mae Harn.

     Ireva Geoa Root was born on 25 January 1899 at Wilton, Waseca Co., Minnesota.¹ She married Charles Allen Voorhies, son of Charles Allen Voorhies Sr. and Ann Susannah Dray, in 1927. Ireva Geoa Root died on 13 January 1987 at Plains, Sanders Co., Montana, at age 87.¹ She was buried at Murray Memorial Cemetery, Lonepine, Sanders Co., Montana.¹

     Lela Irene Root was born on 6 August 1917.² She was the daughter of Chester Marvin Root and Julia Faye Harn. Lela Irene Root married Donald E. Covey on 22 November 1937 at Rushville, Schuyler Co., Illinois. Lela Irene Root died on 25 February 1995 at age 77.² She was buried at Floral Garden of Memories Cemetery, Flora, Clay Co., Illinois.²

     Lillie Evelyn Root was born on 27 February 1922 at Rushville, Schuyler Co., Illinois.² She was the daughter of Chester Marvin Root and Julia Faye Harn. Lillie Evelyn Root married Lucius Leroy Crum in 1941. Lillie Evelyn Root died on 15 December 2004 at Macomb, McDonough Co., Illinois, at age 82.² She was buried at Rushville City Cemetery, Rushville, Schuyler Co., Illinois.²

     Lee Rosegrant was born on 28 February 1887 at Kansas.¹ He married Viola Harn, daughter of Hiram Maywood Harn and Addie May Smith, in November 1922 at Phillipsburg, Philips Co., Kansas. Lee Rosegrant died on 5 March 1970 at age 83.¹ He was buried at Beulah Cemetery, Colby, Thomas Co., Kansas.¹

He is survived by his wife Helen Harn Ross, his children Robert M Ross, Lynn Lott, Beth Kuhn, his grandchildren Matthew Highcove, Adam Highcove, Kelsey deBorja, Sydney Eifert, Ian Eifert and his great granddaughter Lydia deBorja. Memorial donations may be made in Robert's name to the American Cancer Society.

Roth died on 12 October 1979 at Yakima Co., Washington, at age 57.² He was buried at Zillah Cemetery, Zillah, Yakima Co., Washington.² He was buried at Elmwood Cemetery, Toppenish, Yakima Co., Washington.⁴

     Gary Roth is the son of Alvin R. Roth and Wanda Jeanne McCulley.

Car in which she was riding collided with Wabash train.² Josie Ella Jane Rouse died on 23 August 1944 at Monroe City, Marion Co., Missouri, at age 48.² She was buried on 27 August 1944 at St. Jude Cemetery, Monroe City, Marion Co., Missouri.²
