MARJORIE R. GELINAS
ITHACA - Marjorie R. Gelinas, 77, of 222 N. Albany St., went home to her Lord on April 13, 2006. A lifelong resident of Ithaca, NY, Mrs. Gelinas was born in Ithaca on October 11, 1928, a daughter of the late Albert Reyna and Martha Brewer, and her stepfather, Wilber McKinney. Marjorie was the widow of Robert H. Gelinas, who died on March 13th, 1986. Margie worked at the College Spa restaurant for over 30 years. Margie was a little woman with a large spirit that, as the core of the family, held everyone together, and will surely be missed. Survivors include her son, Robert P. Gelinas and Norene Jarrell of Ithaca, NY; her daughter, Reyna (Sandi) L. and John Hilker of Groton, NY; her daughter, Kimmie L. Vann of Ithaca, NY; her longtime companion, Charles Newby of Ithaca, NY; her sister, Marilyn Taylert of Ithaca, NY; her brother, John McKinney of Ithaca, NY; her grandchildren, Seth J. Fuller, Megan L. Fuller, Robert P. (Jamie) Gelinas, Kevin J. Gelinas, Kelly J. Gelinas, Dawn M. (Roger) King, Jennifer A. Gelinas, John W. Hilker Jr., Brandon J. Hilker, Kristen L. (Dave) Norte, Jacqualyn H. (Leslie) Breeds, Donald E. Hilker; and 19 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law and special caregiver, Judi Gelinas and Ed Stout; numerous nieces and nephews and cousins. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Marian Reyna, Virginia Cotterill; and brother, Albert (Jack) Reyna; and great-grandson, Robert J. Thomas Gelinas. The family asks that friends join a memorial service that will be at the Calvary Cemetery, Floral Ave., Ithaca, NY, on Tuesday, April 18th, at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements are by the Bangs Funeral Home. .

Virginia Marie Reyna married Leslie Vernon Cotterill, son of Glenn Edward Cotterill and Hazel Marie Nickerson, on 28 September 1946 at Ithaca, Tompkins Co., New York.¹ Virginia Marie Reyna lived in December 1990 at Etna, Tompkins Co., New York. She died on 23 February 2003 at Ithaca, Tompkins Co., New York, at age 75. She was buried at Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden, Tompkins Co., New York, Plot: Lot 22A Section 97.

Robert Clayton Reynolds and Mary Kevin Kern were divorced on 24 July 1991 at Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas. Robert Clayton Reynolds died on 16 April 2007 at Texas at age 61.

Genevieve ‘Darlene’ Harn, age 80 of Kewaunee, WI passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 7, 2021. She was born on September 14, 1940 to the late Elmer “Dusty” and Genevieve (McCoy) Rhodes in PA. On December 27, 1968 she married Joseph A. Harn. They made their home in Ellwood City, PA. Darlene was a homemaker who loved to read. She was an avid bowler who received several awards, and served as a constable in her districts polling place for many years. She spent most evenings on her friends porch with many friends from the neighborhood. She loved spending time and playing cards with her brothers and sisters.
Darlene is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Jolene and Brad Doperalski; two grandkids: Bradley Doperalski Jr. and Kira, who she adored; her sisters: Rosetta (Jim) Barger, Myrna Griffin and Lori Rhodes; two brothers: Larry Rhodes and Bob Rhodes, also many nieces and nephews.
Darlene was preceded in death by her husband, Joe and four brothers: Elmer, Donnie, Carl and Melvin.
A memorial service will be held this summer in Morgan Township, PA.

Margaret Alma Rice married George Edward Harrod, son of Levi Monroe Harrod and Mary Elizabeth Nally, on 22 September 1910 at Moore, Fergus Co., Montana.² Margaret Alma Rice lived in May 1974 at San Diego, San Diego Co., California.³ She died on 31 July 1976 at San Diego, San Diego Co., California, at age 84.¹ She was buried at Greenwood Memorial Park, San Diego, San Diego Co., California.¹

     Theodore Edmond Rice was born in January 1860 at Massachusetts. He was the son of Daniel Gustavus Rice and Mary Jane Korlis. Theodore Edmond Rice married Lena S. Sherrill, daughter of William Henderson Sherrill and Sarah Ellen Wheeler, on 25 October 1886 at Livingston, Park Co., Montana. Theodore Edmond Rice married Lucy Gilbreath in 1923 at Montana. Theodore Edmond Rice died on 27 June 1953 at Deer Lodge, Powell Co., Montana, at age 93.

     Abraham Paul Richards was born on 11 October 1897 at Hinton, Rockingham Co., Virginia.¹ He was the son of William Louis Richards and Sarah Addie Munich. Abraham Paul Richards was also known as Abe. He married Florence Irene Andrews, daughter of Ernest Albert Andrews and Florence Elvira Whitney, on 31 January 1921 at Hardin Co., Iowa. Abraham Paul Richards lived in February 1940 at Ivy Falls, Iowa.² He died on 7 April 1974 at Rochester, Olmsted Co., Minnesota, at age 76.^1,3,4 He was buried on 10 April 1974 at Geneva Cemetery, Ellendale, Freeborn Co., Minnesota.³ His Social Security Number was 519-30-5906 issued in Idaho, Social Security Death Index (b- 11Oct1897 d- Apr 1974).

     Albert Paul Richards was born on 31 August 1922 at De Graff, Logan Co., Ohio.¹ He was the son of Abraham Paul Richards and Florence Irene Andrews. Albert Paul Richards entered into service for World War II on 23Feb1943 and was discharged on 17Nov1945. Albert Paul Richards 94, passed away peacefully in his sleep in Mesa, AZ on February 5th, 2017.
Albert served in the United States Army Air Forces during World War II as a navigator on a B-17 Bomber over Italy. He was proud to have served his country and in 2010 had the privilege to visit the Memorial Sites in and near Washington D.C. by the "Honor Flight" organization.
Albert was married to his wife, Naomi Sloan, for 68 years.
Albert was preceded in death by his beloved son Allan Richards. Survivors include his wife, Naomi, 3 daughters: Patricia Kenison, Mary Motz, Barbara Hargis, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A gentle soul and a wonderful man who was loved and will be missed by many. We love you dad.² He was buried at Sunland Memorial Park, Sun City, Maricopa Co., Arizona.³
