Robertson married Lethe Ann Harn, daughter of Elisha Lemuel Harn and Keziah Griswell, on 17 October 1868 at Elkhart Co., Indiana.3 James W. Robertson died on 1 August 1893 at South Bend, St. Joseph Co., Indiana.4,5,2 He was buried at City Cemetery, South Bend, St. Joseph Co., Indiana.5 Had three children with his first wife.
