Patricia M. LaCroix, age 72 of Faribault, died Saturday, April 25, 2009 at her home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church, at Sacred Heart in Faribault. Interment will be held at St. Lawrence Cemetery, Faribault.

Visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault on Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday for one hour prior to services. The Faribault Aerie 1460 Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary will conduct a memorial service on Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m.

Patricia Margaret Zimmerman, the daughter of Wallace and Rachel (Bushey) Zimmerman, was born on March 5, 1937 in Faribault. Pat attended Bethlehem Academy High School and graduated with the class of 1955. On May 11, 1957 she was united in marriage to Clayton LaCroix at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Faribault. During the first years of their marriage Pat stayed at home and helped on the farm. Later she went to work at the Faribault Regional Center and retired after 28 years in 1999. Pat was a member of the Faribault Aerie 1460 Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary. She loved camping, fishing, flowers, garage sales and adored her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Clayton LaCroix of Faribault; by five children, Calvin LaCroix of Faribault, Denise (Tom) McNamara of Faribault, Karen (John) Komp of Brooklyn Park, Minn., Gwen LaCroix of Minneapolis and Brenda (Dean) Krohn of Faribault; by five grandchildren, Naomi LaCroix, Matt Krohn, Katie Krohn, Dale Krohn and Tyler McNamara; by three sisters, Mary Burke of Inver Grove Heights, Minn., Lorraine Langdon of Faribault and Rita (Art) Benjamin of St. Paul, Minn., and by other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandson, Brandon McNamara, three brothers, Bob, Tom and Joe Zimmerman, by her brother James in infancy, by her in-laws, Walter and Gladys LaCroix, and by two brothers-in-law, Jim Burke and Lowell Langdon.¹

     Rita Marie Zimmerman was born on 18 March 1939 at Faribault, Rice Co., Minnesota.² She was the daughter of Wallace Zimmerman and Rachel Bushey.¹ Rita Marie Zimmerman married Arthur Benjamin on 2 August 1960 at Rice Co., Minnesota.^1,3 Rita Marie Zimmerman died on 22 October 2020 at St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minnesota, at age 81. She lived in April 2009 at St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minnesota.¹

     Robert Joseph Zimmerman was born on 21 October 1930 at Faribault, Rice Co., Minnesota.² He was the son of Wallace Zimmerman and Rachel Bushey.¹ Robert Joseph Zimmerman died on 6 September 1999 at Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., Minnesota, at age 68.²

     Thomas Arthur Zimmerman was born on 29 November 1932.³ He was the son of Wallace Zimmerman and Rachel Bushey.¹ Thomas Arthur Zimmerman died on 31 January 1996 at Hennepin Co., Minnesota, at age 63.²

     Wallace Zimmerman married Rachel Bushey.¹ Wallace Zimmerman died before 2009.¹

     Anna Zoch married Jacob Kriz.¹

     On 7 May 1953 his name was legally changed to Don A. Galvan.¹ Abel Jose Zubillaga was born on 25 March 1917 at Tucson, Pima Co., Arizona.² He married Mary Frances Purcell before 1950. Abel Jose Zubillaga married Charlotte Elizabeth Barry, daughter of Basil Francis Barry and Esther Charlotte McCarthy, on 13 September 1950 at Orange Co., California. Abel Jose Zubillaga and Mary Frances Purcell were divorced. Abel Jose Zubillaga and Charlotte Elizabeth Barry were divorced in November 1972 at Orange Co., California.
