Doretta J. King, 55, of North Charleroi passed away peacefully on June 5, 2015, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. She is survived by her son, Shawn (Chasity) King; daughter, Candella Perkins; and three grandchildren, Nick, Shawn and Jacob. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Perkins; two sisters; and two brothers. Family and friends will be received 4 to 8 p.m. at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church Tuesday, June 9, 2015. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at the church with the Dr. Rev. F. Diane Hobson. Interment will be at Fellsburg Cemetery in Belle Vernon. Age 77, of Marana, Arizona. Born November 8, 1932 in Monongahela, PA. Died July 29, 2010 in Marana, AZ. Historian, Town of Marana. Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Ora Mae Harn will be remembered by her family for her zest for life. She faced her own challenges with courage and led the way in helping others. She lived a life of faith. She worshipped at Faith Community Church and enjoyed serving the congregation coffee and refreshments between services. Ora Mae was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Gerald Harn and her sister Alice Myers. She leaves behind a legacy in her six grandchildren: Daniel, Michelle, Jeff, Amanda, James and Sherri and nine great-grandchildren: Asia, Alex, Christian, Dylan, Joseph, Emily, Logan, Lance and Drew. Even though the family grew, Ora Mae never forgot a birthday and there was cash in every card. Our family matriarch has also been called the "Matriarch of Marana." Ora Mae Harn will be remembered in the Town of Marana where she served at various times as Mayor, Council Member, Director of the Food Bank and Director of the Marana Health Center. Ora Mae has received many awards, honors and twice has been commended in the Congressional Record. Two viewings will be held at Marana Town Hall, 11555 W. Civic Center Drive. Friday, August 6th from 6 to 8 PM and Saturday, August 7th from 9 to 11 AM. The funeral service will be held at 2 PM at Faith Community Church at 2551 W. Orange Grove Road, Tucson with reception to follow in the church's Harrington Hall. The graveside service will be at 9 AM at Evergreen Cemetery 3015 N. Oracle Road, Tucson. Enter at the Ft. Lowell (stoplight) entrance. Ora Mae asked that remembrances be in the form of donations to Marana Heritage Conservancy, c/o Marana Town Hall, 11555 W. Civic Center Dr., Marana, AZ 85653 or Marana Health Center Foundation, 13644 Sandario Road, Marana, AZ 85653 to continue the work that was so close to her heart. Alan Conrad Kirchner

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, 1994, in Ascension Lutheran Church in Gresham. Mr. Kirchner died of cancer Dec. 19 at age 73. He was born June 27, 1921, in Sargeant, Minn. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.

Mr. Kirchner married Beatrice McCarthy on April 23, 1949. They moved to Portland after living 17 years in Minnesota, where Mr. Kirchner worked for Josten's Manufacturing as a jewelry inspector. In Portland, he worked for Miller's International and as a custodian for Portland Public Schools before retiring in 1989.

He is survived, by his wife of Gresham; daughters, Karen Rivera, Linda Fogerty and Sandra, all of Gresham, and Nancy Ide of Aurora, Colo; sisters, Dorothy Kolberg of Fremont, Calif., Lucille Zelmer of Los Altos, Calif., and Esther of Faribault, Minn; and nine grandchildren. Interment in Willamette National Cemetery. Remembrances: Ascension Lutheran Church or Providence Medical Center Foundation Hospice. Arrangements: Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes.
