     Leone A. Krebsbach was born on 17 May 1923 at Reeder, Adams Co., North Dakota.^2,3 She was the daughter of William Thomas Krebsbach and Anna Maria Schillinger.² Leone A. Krebsbach graduated in 1945 at College of St. Teresa, Winona, Winona Co., Minnesota, bachelor's degree in Social Studies. She married Clemens A. Schaller, son of Carl Arthur Schaller and Laura E. Perkins, on 4 May 1946 at Omak, Okanogan Co., Washington.¹ Leone A. Krebsbach was a Catholic. She died on 7 December 2014 at Pullman, Whitman Co., Washington, at age 91.^2,3

SCHALLER, Leone Long time Pullman resident Lee Schaller passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014, Pearl Harbor Day, at age 91. Her World War II veteran husband Clem passed away in April of this year at age 93 just prior to their 68th wedding anniversary. Lee was born on May 17, 1923 to William and Anna (Schillinger) Krebsbach in Reeder, North Dakota, the daughter of a rancher/farmer and agri-banker. Lee was very proud of her father who, as a banker, saved many farmers from bankruptcy during the Great Depression. It was common for Lee to drive truck during harvests. After high school Lee attended The College of Saint Teresa in Winona, Minnesota where she earned her bachelor's degree in Social Studies in 1945. While in college Lee was involved in theatre productions as an actress. After graduation she drove her two-door black Ford convertible (with rumble seat) from Minnesota to Okanogan, WA for her first job. She was a new social worker in the Okanogan/Omak area, renting a room owned by a relative of her future husband, Clem, whom she met when he was home on military leave. It was thought that Clem was attracted to Lee's car and Lee was attracted to Clem's uniform, and they were married in Omak on May 4, 1946. From then through 1952 the family moved to different Air Force bases and during that time Lee bore four sons (in order of birth): Jeffrey, the twins Jon Steven and Christopher, and Joseph, all within 2 2/3 years. Clem brought Lee and the family back to Pullman in 1953 to finish his school at Washington State College (now WSU). After Clem earned his degree in Architectural Engineering in 1956, Lee and Clem talked about moving to Chelan, but in the end decided to make their home in Pullman, much to the benefit of many Pullmanites. Over the years Lee was a homemaker who took on the task of raising four rambunctious "Children of the Sixties" sons. Lee was also active in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pullman. After Clem retired as a private builder in 1979, they sold the family home in Evergreen Community in 1980 and over time lived in a couple of townhouses on SW Crestview in Pullman. During those retirement years they enjoyed snow-birding in Hemet, CA. and were avid golfers where Lee golfed in the Pullman Women's League. In recent years they moved into Bishop Place, where Lee was much loved by the staff that cared for her, whom she loved dearly. Lee is survived by her four sons Jeff in Pullman, Chris in Tacoma, Jon Steven (Nancy) in Yuma, AZ/Winthrop,WA, Joe (Louise) in Gallup, NM, and sister-in-law Beverly in Lodi, CA., and was preceded in death by husband Clem, sister Wilma Norby, sister Marian Krebsbach, and brother Buzz Krebsbach. Graveside committal services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday December 18, 2014 at the Pullman Cemetery. A memorial service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the Bishop Place Independent Living Social Hall, concluding with a reception of light refreshments. KIMBALL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY of Pullman has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.

Herman Krenz died on 23 November 1927 at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Faribault, Rice Co., Minnesota, at age 31.

     Paulena Julia Kretchmer was born in July 1860 at Lexington, Le Sueur Co., Minnesota.¹ She married Sampson Richard Kendall. Paulena Julia Kretchmer died on 25 February 1947 at Le Center, Le Sueur Co., Minnesota, at age 86.¹ She was buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Le Center, Le Sueur Co., Minnesota.¹

     David Otto Kreuger was born on 9 September 1942 at Manitowoc, Manitowoc Co., Wisconsin.² He graduated in 1960 at Lincoln High School, Manitowoc, Manitowoc Co., Wisconsin.² He married Karen Elaine Gallentine, daughter of Robert Glenn Gallentine and Mildred Colleen Toland, on 26 November 1993 at Sarasota Co., Florida.¹ David Otto Kreuger died on 11 October 2006 at Albion, Mendocino Co., California, at age 64.² The cause of death was Myasthenia Gravis. Myasthenia gravis is a chronic autoimmune, neuromuscular disease that causes weakness in the skeletal muscles that worsens after periods of activity and improves after periods of rest. These muscles are responsible for functions involving breathing and moving parts of the body, including the arms and legs.² He was cremated.²

She was the daughter of Jacob Kriz and Anna Zoch.² Elizabeth F. Kriz and Joseph William Vach were divorced. Elizabeth F. Kriz married Joseph William Vach, son of James Vach and Catherine Nestaval, on 26 October 1915 at Montgomery, Le Sueur Co., Minnesota. Her Social Security Number was 477-34-2676.² Adopted daughter, Joyce. In 1920 Census, listed as 25 years old, parents born Bohemia. The cause of death was Acute pulmonary edema due to Hypertensive Cardiovascular disease. Had a Coronary Thrombosis on February 1957.² Elizabeth F. Kriz died on 22 October 1957 at Marsh Creek Twsp., Mahnomen Co., Minnesota.² She was buried on 25 October 1957 at St. Johns Catholic Cemetery, Montgomery, Le Sueur Co., Minnesota.^2,3

     Anna S. Kubec was born on 24 April 1871 at Bohemia.^1,2 She married Frank Musil in 1898.³ Anna S. Kubec died on 12 December 1961 at St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minnesota, at age 90.^1,2 She was buried at Brook Park Cemetery, Brook Park, Pine Co., Minnesota.²

     Mary Kubes was also known as Marie. She was born circa 1851 at Budejovice, Bohemia.¹ She married Mathias Vrzal. First eight children listed in John A. VRZAL obituary. John A. VRZAL obituary says mother was Mary KUBES. Stella SQUIRES says John A. VRZAL mother was Mary MACH. Mary Kubes died on 1 October 1927 at North Dakota.² She was buried at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, New Hradec, Dunn Co., North Dakota, Plot: D 15 2.²

     John Kucera was born on 14 December 1859 at Lhota, Bohemia.¹ He married Mary Skluzacek, daughter of Joseph Skluzacek Sr. and Catherine Bruzek. John Kucera died on 13 October 1941 at Rice Co., Minnesota, at age 81.¹ He was buried in October 1941 at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Montgomery, Le Sueur Co., Minnesota.¹
