     Larry Kenneth Ditsler was born on 19 May 1944 at Cadilac, Wexford Co., Michigan. He was the son of Harry R. Ditsler and Rosella Hilda Longley. RENO (Nev.), Sept. 3.—Nora Ritschel Doan, 58, widow of the famed American artist William Ritschel,
yesterday divorced the retired Army colonel she married just three months ago after a whirlwind courtship that began in a voting booth.
Her vows to Lt. Col. Roland E. Doan last June 2, at the Monterey Presidio came as a big surprise to members of the art colony at Carmel Highlands, where Mrs. Doan lives.
While the colonel looked on stony faced in a corridor outside the courtroom here, just before his wife obtained her divorce, Mrs. Doan declared to friends:
"As far as I am concerned this marriage was over just after the honeymoon started.”
Mrs. Doan’s first husband, William Ritschel, was 84 when he died in the Carmel Highlands home he built with his own hands. He was for years a central figure in the art colony there. Mrs. Ritschel was his secretary when they were married in 1930.

HARRY DOBBINS
Harry Dobbins, son of the late James and Harriett Rudy Dobbins, was born on November 30, 1870, in Farmington, and passed away at his home here on July 8, 1917, at the age of 76 years, 8 months and 8 days.
He was married to Lora Alcorn on November 8, 1893, and to this union three children were born, who with the wife survive. They are Myra (Mrs. Foster) Byington, of Farmington; Roy, at home, and Lynn, of Hinesville, Ga. He is also survived by one brother, J. W. Dobbins, of San Diego, Calif; a sister, Mrs. G. A. Tetley, of Farmington, and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Dobbins had been in ill health for many months. Funeral services were held at the Cozean Funeral Home on Thursday afternoon at four o'clock, conducted by Rev. S. C. Headrick. Interment was in the Masonic Cemetery.

     Rev. Elias Dodge was born on 4 February 1809 at Strong, Franklin Co., Maine.¹ He was the son of Benjamin Dodge and Mary Merrow. Rev. Elias Dodge married Lucinda Ellsworth, daughter of Jeremiah Ellsworth and Sarah Dodge, on 14 January 1834 at Salem, Franklin Co., Maine. Rev. Elias Dodge died on 26 October 1884 at Carmel, Penobscot Co., Maine, at age 75.¹ He was buried at Ruggles Cemetery, Carmel, Penobscot Co., Maine.¹

Elias Dodge served in the Civil War.

     James Dodge was born in 1807 at Strong, Franklin Co., Maine.¹ He was the son of Benjamin Dodge and Mary Merrow. James Dodge died on 6 August 1877 at Turner, Androscoggin Co., Maine.¹ He was buried at True Cemetery, South Livermore, Androscoggin Co., Maine.¹

James Dodge, aged 70, and his wife, Rachel, aged 71, both died at their home in Turner on the same day, Aug. 6. Only one hour and ten minutes elapsed after the death of Mr. Dodge, before his wife breathed her last. They had nine children, all of whom are living, and all except two daughters, who are in Colorado, were present at the funeral of their parents. This is the first time death has entered the family.

     John W. Dodge was born circa 1835 at Salem, Franklin Co., Maine. He was the son of Rev. Elias Dodge and Lucinda Ellsworth. John W. Dodge married Lucy A. Dodge died on 14 April 1885 at Berkeley, Alameda Co., California.

     Loren Gene Dodge married Crystal Lynn Wise, daughter of Paul Edward Wise and Deanna Rae Joy, on 18 June 1988 at Lincoln Co., Montana.

     Lucy Ann Dodge was also known as Lucy Eugenia Dodge. She was born circa 1859 at Carmel, Penobscot Co., Maine. She was the daughter of John W. Dodge and Lucy A. Ellsworth.

Rachel Dodge married Deacon James Hunter in 1805.² Rachel Dodge died on 28 June 1871 at Strong, Franklin Co., Maine.¹ She was buried at Strong Village Cemetery, Strong, Franklin Co., Maine.¹

     Samuel Dodge was born on 10 March 1805 at Strong, Franklin Co., Maine.¹ He was the son of Benjamin Dodge and Mary Merrow. Samuel Dodge died on 28 August 1875 at Freeman, Franklin Co., Maine, at age 70.¹ He was buried at Brackley Cemetery, Phillips, Franklin Co., Maine.¹
