Reinhardt and Helen Werner.² Jules Lawrence Reinhardt married Marilyn Graystock Dartt, daughter of Clifford Fred Dartt and Bertha Graystock Featherstone, on 3 July 1954 at Red Wing, Goodhue Co., Minnesota.¹ Jules Lawrence Reinhardt died on 23 July 2016 at Lapeer, Lapeer Co., Michigan, at age 83.² He graduated in 1956 at Red Wing High School, Red Wing, Goodhue Co., Minnesota.² He lived between 1963 and 2013 at Lapeer, Lapeer Co., Michigan.¹

Obituary of Dr. Jules Reinhardt
Dr. Jules L. “Jerry” Reinhardt, age 83, of Lapeer died at home Saturday, July 23rd, 2016 after suspending treatment of a long term illness.

Jules was born December 31, 1932 in Red Wing, Minnesota to Helen (Werner) Reinhardt and Jules P. Reinhardt. Jules spent his youth on a farm situated on the banks of the Mississippi River in Hager City, Wisconsin. Jules graduated from Red Wing High School in 1952. He received a B.S. Degree from N.E. Missouri State University and Graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1959.

Jules married his high school sweetheart, Marilyn Greystock Dartt in 1954. They attended medical school together. After medical school Jules practiced medicine in Red Wing with Dr. Clifford F. Dartt. In 1963 Jules and Marilyn moved to Lapeer where Jules continued to practice medicine for over half a century.

Jules was the Medical Director of the Lapeer County Medical Care Facility and a Clinical Professor of Medicine for Michigan State University for over 45 years. He was the longest serving doctor with Lapeer Regional Hospital, having also acted as Chief of Staff.

Jules was dedicated to his patients and the practice of medicine. Over the years, “Doc” provided free medical care to thousands. He never cared about money. He was dual board certified in family practice and sports medicine. He was attending physician for many amateur and professional athletic teams and events including the U.S. Olympic Boxing Team.

Jules himself was a very talented athlete. He was a Golden Gloves boxer and All State football player. He attended Minnesota State University – Mankato, on a full athletic scholarship where he also competed on the gymnastics team.

When not at work, Jules was a true cowboy at heart who loved spending as much time as possible with his beloved horses. He was a member of the Lapeer County Mounted Posse for over 50 years. He also enjoyed shooting, skiing, hunting, fishing, camping, farming and raising livestock. If not for the scholarship, he had planned for a career as a forest ranger. The outdoors was his true home.

Jules was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Richard, and his wife Marilyn. He is survived by his five children and seven grandchildren. Jules disliked funerals and never wanted anyone to be sad, so no public memorial service is planned. He would wish that you just think fondly of him now and then.      Annette Emma Reiter was born on 27 January 1886 at St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minnesota.¹ She married Herman Ebert. Annette Emma Reiter died on 14 May 1972 at Ramsey Co., Minnesota, at age 86.¹ She was buried at Elmhurst Cemetery, St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minnesota.¹

     Gerald Monroe Reller was born on 10 June 1936 at Junction City, Lane Co., Oregon.¹ He married Muriel Mae Dotson in 1975. Gerald Monroe Reller died on 27 April 2017 at Lewis and Clark Co., Montana, at age 80.¹ He was cremated.¹

     Samuel M. Remmey was born on 25 November 1848. He married Elizabeth Harn, daughter of Ephriam Harn and Elizabeth Ellen Gosnell.¹ Samuel M. Remmey died on 27 February 1915 at Maryland at age 66.

     Catalina Remsen was born on 1 October 1655 at Jamacia, Queens Co., New York.² She married Cornelius Hoogland, son of Dirck Jansen Hoogland and Annetje Hansen Bergen, in 1704. Catalina Remsen died in 1731 at Flatbush, Kings Co., New York.² She was buried at Flatbush Reformed Dutch Church Cemetery, Flatbush, Kings Co., New York.²

     Ruth C. Renner was born on 8 March 1919.¹ She married William C. Hitchin, son of James T. Hitchin and Bessie S. (?). Ruth C. Renner died on 28 November 1993 at age 74.¹ She was buried at Beaver Cemetery and Mausoleum, Beaver, Beaver Co., Pennsylvania.¹

     Kenneth Louis Rennier was born on 7 January 1936 at Charles City, Floyd Co., Iowa.¹ He married Donna Rae Hartley, daughter of Erton Hugh Hartley and Clara Jeanette Kjos, on 24 June 1962 at Marin Co., California. Kenneth Louis Rennier died on 27 July 2019 at Petaluma, Sonoma Co., California, at age 83.¹ He was buried on 10 August 2019 at Calvary Cemetery, Bodega, Sonoma Co., California.¹

     Michelle Rennier is the daughter of Kenneth Louis Rennier and Donna Rae Hartley. Michelle Rennier married Jeff Jennings.

     Nancy Marie Reno married Eric Richard Perkins, son of Clarence Russell Perkins and Eleanor Jane Erickson, on 16 June 1973 at Edmonds, Snohomish Co., Washington.

     Roy William Rentsch was born on 2 January 1913 at Toledo, Lucas Co., Ohio.¹ He married Elouise J. Koher, daughter of Harry B. Koher and Bertha C. Kincaide, on 9 February 1935 at Indiana. Roy William Rentsch died on 9 February 1994 at Elkhart, Elkhart Co., Indiana, at age 81.¹ He was buried at Frame Cemetery, Elkhart Co., Indiana.¹ He was cremated.

     Harry W. Repp married Georgann Thompson, daughter of George W. Thompson and Maude A. Creath, on 2 November 1967 at Missouri.

     Rosetta Repp was born on 5 October 1880 at Monroe Co., Iowa. She married Wilbert Orpha Pence, son of Peter David Pence and Mary Priscilla Harn, on 5 October 1902 at Albia, Monroe Co., Iowa. Rosetta Repp died on 30 July 1969 at Cheyenne, Laramie Co., Wyoming, at age 88.

     Alonzo Reprogle was born on 26 February 1860 at Marshall Co., Indiana.^1,2 He married Mary Elmira Zentz, daughter of Jeremiah Zentz and Lucinda McClintic, on 31 December 1883.¹ Alonzo Reprogle died on 17 December 1928 at Fort Wayne, Allen Co., Indiana, at age 68.^1,2 He was buried at Stony Point Cemetery, Clunette, Kosciusko Co., Indiana.²

     Bertha J. Reprogle was born on 25 October 1884 at Kosciusko Co., Indiana.¹ She was the daughter of Alonzo Reprogle and Mary Elmira Zentz. Bertha J. Reprogle married Joseph Sample Harmon in 1903. Bertha J. Reprogle married Harry Johnson Dome in 1914. Bertha J. Reprogle died on 3 November 1938 at age 54.¹ She was buried at Stony Point Cemetery, Clunette, Kosciusko Co., Indiana.¹

     Charles Alonzo Reprogle was born on 25 August 1908 at Etna Green, Kosciusko Co., Indiana.¹ He was the son of Earnest E. Reprogle and Mary Maltilda Ruse. Charles Alonzo Reprogle married Roberta Brown Wysong on 2 December 1932. Charles Alonzo Reprogle died on 23 September 1970 at Elkhart, Elkhart Co., Indiana, at age 62.¹ He was buried at Stony Point Cemetery, Clunette, Kosciusko Co., Indiana.¹

     Earnest E. Reprogle was born on 13 August 1886 at Kosciusko Co., Indiana.¹ He was the son of Alonzo Reprogle and Mary Elmira Zentz. Earnest E. Reprogle married Mary Maltilda Ruse on 20 March 1908 at Plymouth, Marshall Co., Indiana. Earnest E. Reprogle died in 1949 at Nappanee, Elkhart Co., Indiana.¹ He was buried at Stony Point Cemetery, Clunette, Kosciusko Co., Indiana.¹

     Harold D. Reprogle also went by the name of Fustie. He was born on 18 January 1910 at Etna Green, Kosciusko Co., Indiana.¹ He was the son of Earnest E. Reprogle and Mary Maltilda Ruse. Harold D. Reprogle married Opal Smith in 1934. Harold D. Reprogle died on 6 April 1974 at Nappanee, Elkhart Co., Indiana, at age 64.¹ He was buried at Bremen Municipal Cemetery, Bremen, Marshall Co., Indiana.¹

     Fred Retzer Jr. was born in 1882.¹ He married Lula Mae Fields, daughter of Edward Fields and Nellie D. Harn, on 11 April 1906 at Beaver Co., Pennsylvania. Fred Retzer Jr. died in 1932 at Beaver Co., Pennsylvania.¹ He was buried at Beaver Cemetery & Mausoleum, Beaver, Beaver Co., Pennsylvania.¹

     Norma Olga Retzer was born on 26 February 1908 at Bridgewater, Beaver Co., Pennsylvania.¹ She was the daughter of Fred Retzer Jr. and Lula Mae Fields. Norma Olga Retzer married Tony Treglia on 30 June 1926 at Wellsburg, Brooke Co., West Virginia. Norma Olga Retzer died on 21 October 1958 at Rochester, Beaver Co., Pennsylvania, at age 50.¹ She was buried at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester, Beaver Co., Pennsylvania.¹

     William Hurlburt Retzer also went by the name of . He was born on 17 June 1906 at Bridgewater, Beaver Co., Pennsylvania. He was the son of Fred Retzer Jr. and Lula Mae Fields. William Hurlburt Retzer married Kathryn Edith (?) William Hurlburt Retzer died on 2 May 1972 at Rochester, Beaver Co., Pennsylvania, at age 65. He was buried at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester, Beaver Co., Pennsylvania.¹ He began military service on 23 June 1942 at US Army, Pittsburgh, Allegheny Co., Pennsylvania. William H. Retzer was a SSGT in the US Army during World War II, in Personnel Center 1325th Service Command Unit (SCU.) He ended military service on 18 September 1945. William Hurlburt Retzer was a Salesman.

     Alfreda Hazel Retzlaff was born on 1 May 1913 at Stevens Co., Minnesota. She was the daughter of Paul Carl William Retzlaff and Anna Bertha Perkins. Alfreda Hazel Retzlaff married Arthur E. McDowell. Alfreda Hazel Retzlaff died on 15 January 1987 at Everett, Snohomish Co., Washington, at age 73.
