     Thomas Wilson Carman is the son of Samuel Livingston Carman and Elizabeth Ann Wilson.

     Helen Hunt Carmichael was born on 11 October 1901 at North Carolina.¹ She was the daughter of William Lee Carmichael Sr. and Mary Magdalene Clayton. Helen Hunt Carmichael married Ambrose Clifford Harn Sr., son of Ambrose E. Harn and Fanny Lindsay, on 6 August 1923 at Virginia. Helen Hunt Carmichael died on 6 February 2002 at Parkton, Baltimore Co., Maryland, at age 100.^2,1 She was buried at Pine Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, Parktown, Baltimore Co., Maryland.¹

Wife of the late Ambrose C. Harn, Sr., mother of Helen H. Ross, William L. and Wilbur C. Harn and the late Robert E., Clarence C. and A. Clifford Harn, Jr., daughter of the late Willis and Mary (Clayton) Carmichael.
Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren.
There will no viewing nor visitation. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
A public memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 9 at 1 p.m. from Gunpowder Baptist Church, 20074 Middletown Rd., Freeland, MD.

     William Charles Carnes was born on 19 January 1951 at South Bend, St. Joseph Co., Indiana.¹ He married Deborah Louise Greenwood, daughter of Ernest Fuller Greenwood and Ruth Arlene Taylor, on 24 August 1974 at Granger, St. Joseph Co., Indiana. William Charles Carnes died on 31 October 2021 at Osceola, St. Joseph Co., Indiana, at age 70.¹ He was cremated.¹ He lived in May 2008 at Elkhart, Elkhart Co., Indiana.

     Dr. George Carpenter married Eilene June Christopher, daughter of William Henry Christopher and Marion Thersesa Houseknecht.¹ Dr. George Carpenter died on 2 July 2005.

     Russell Conrad Carpenter Jr. was born on 29 September 1922 at St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minnesota.¹ He was the son of Russell Conrad Carpenter Sr. and Gladys Irene Emott. Russell Conrad Carpenter Jr. married Dorothy Mae Nestaval, daughter of Edward John Nestaval and Agnes Martha Szermeta, on 19 May 1947 at Mason City, Cerro Gordo Co., Iowa.² Russell Conrad Carpenter Jr. died on 1 August 2006 at Plymouth, Hennepin Co., Minnesota, at age 83.¹ He was buried at Crystal Lake Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., Minnesota.¹

     Russell Conrad Carpenter Sr. was born on 9 March 1900 at Cannon Falls, Goodhue Co., Minnesota.¹ He married Gladys Irene Emott in 1921. Russell Conrad Carpenter Sr. died on 29 March 1969 at St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minnesota, at age 69.¹ He was buried at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., Minnesota.¹

     George Thomas Carper was born on 20 June 1884 at Fayette Co., West Virginia.¹ He married Hattie Elnora Daggett on 25 July 1915. George Thomas Carper died on 13 February 1934 at Tenino, Thurston Co., Washington, at age 49.¹ He was buried at Grand Mound Cemetery, Rochester, Thurston Co., Washington.¹

     Brian Carr is the son of James Carr and Joni Lynn Noel.

     Elizabeth Carr married Isaac Hearn, son of Michael Hearn and female (?).¹ Elizabeth Carr died at Maryland.

     James Carr married Joni Lynn Noel, daughter of Robert Homer Noel and Dolores Marjorie Holbrook.

     Nancy Carr was born in 1799.¹ She married Captain Joel Judkins. Nancy Carr died on 12 January 1862 at Richland Twsp., Richland Co., Wisconsin.¹

     Nellie E. Carr was born on 4 August 1891 at Barnum, Johnson Co., Wyoming.¹ She married Earl Wesley Chalfant on 8 May 1928 at Hardin, Big Horn Co., Montana.² Nellie E. Carr died on 28 September 1964 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming, at age 73.¹ She was buried at Highland Cemetery, Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming.¹

     Bryan Robert Carroll is the son of Robert Carroll and Marilyn Dawn Purdy.

     Daniel George Carroll is the son of Robert Carroll and Marilyn Dawn Purdy.

     Kathleen Carroll is the daughter of Robert Carroll and Marilyn Dawn Purdy.

     Maureen Janet Carroll is the daughter of Robert Carroll and Marilyn Dawn Purdy.

     Robert Carroll was born on 8 October 1915 at Wisconsin.¹ He married Marilyn Dawn Purdy, daughter of Myron Charles Purdy and Lucille Alice Bullinger, on 30 September 1950 at La Crosse Co., Wisconsin. Robert Carroll died on 11 January 1988 at La Crosse, La Crosse Co., Wisconsin, at age 72.² He was buried at Catholic Cemetery of La Crosse, La Crosse, La Crosse Co., Wisconsin, Plot: Sec 022Mil. He lived in 1959 at La Crosse, La Crosse Co., Wisconsin. Social Security Number issued in Wisconsin.

     Ruby Ethelyn Carruthers was born on 12 September 1908 at Dillon, Beaverhead Co., Montana.¹ She married Harry Lewllyn Noel, son of Eli Homer Noel and Flora Ellen Perkins, on 20 March 1939 at Charles City, Floyd Co., Iowa. Ruby Ethelyn Carruthers died on 19 August 1997 at Alexandria, Douglas Co., Minnesota, at age 88.¹ She was buried at Lakeside Cemetery, Fairmont, Martin Co., Minnesota.¹

     Mary Carson was born circa 1772 at Washington Co., Virginia. She married William Craig on 8 April 1790 at Washington Co., Virginia. Mary Carson died on 29 December 1844 at Macon Co., Missouri.

     Caroline Carter was born at South Carolina.² She married Willibz Richardson.

     Frank Carter was born on 25 June 1870 at Steubenville, Jefferson Co., Ohio.¹ He married Minnie Harn, daughter of Alfred Milton Harn and Nancy Grove, on 13 April 1886 at Detroit, Michigan. Frank Carter married Sara Hochstein. Frank Carter died on 19 August 1940 at Clarion, Clarion Co., Pennsylvania, at age 70.¹ He was buried at Clarion Cemetery, Clarion, Clarion Co., Pennsylvania.¹

Frank Carter, 70, died at his home, 607 South Street at 3:35 a.m., Monday, August 19. Mr. Carter was born at Steubenville, Ohio, June 25, 1870, a son of John Dawson and Margaret Johnson Carter. On April 13, 1886, he married Minnie Horn, who preceded him in death a number of years ago. His second marriage was to Sara Hochstein. For the past several years he has been caretaker of the First Methodist church and has been a resident of Clarion for 26 years. He was a member of the Methodist church. Surviving are his wife, three sons, John D. Carter, Clarion; Frank Carter, Jr., and Earl, of Sapulpa, Okla; five daughters, Mrs. Eula Fridley, Indianapolis, Ind; Mrs. John Dickey, Brackenridge; Mrs. Charley Bigley, Mrs. Floyd Bigley, of Clarion; Mrs. Frank Knecht, Cleveland, and a sister, Nellie Wike, of Freedom. Twenty-five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Thursday at the Methodist church with Rev. Mark Parry, pastor, officiating, assisted by Dr. D. A. Platt. Interment will be in Clarion cemetery.

     Isabelle Burwell Carter was born on 27 June 1891 at Richmond, Virginia. She married Douglas Crocker, son of Alvah Crocker and Charlotte Trowbridge Bartow, on 30 April 1924 at All Saints' Episcopal Church, Richmond, Virginia. Isabelle Burwell Carter died on 13 December 1988 at Fitchburg, Worcester Co., Massachusetts, at age 97.


Crocker-Carter Wedding

Among brilliant functions of this season in Richmond was the wedding of Miss Isabelle Burwell Carter, daughter of Mrs. Thomas Nelson Carter and the late Thomas Nelson Carter, to Douglas Crocker, son of Mr. anil Mrs. Alvah Crocker of Fitching Mass., which took place at All Saints' Episcopal Church yesterday afternoon at 12:10 o'clock. The ceremony was performed by the rector Rev. J.Y. Downman, D.D., assisted by Rev William T. Crocker of New York, an uncle of the bridegroom. The church was decorated with Easter lilies and cathedral candles.
The bride entered with her uncle, Spencer Carter, who gave her in marriage. She wore a gown of ivory satin draped at the side and held with sprays of orange blossoms. The yoke of the gown was fashioned of satin and point d'Angleterre lace and the court train was of satin and point d'Angleterre lace. Her veil of tulle was held with a coronet of the same lace and she carried a bouquet of lilies of the valley and white orchids.
Mrs. Shaun Kelly of Richmond, Mass., was matron of honor. Miss Isabelle Mayo Cameron of Raleigh, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Misses Sallie Taliaferro Cameron and Miss Elizabeth Preston Cocke. They wore imported frocks and carried bouquets of spring flowers, delphinium and tea roses.
Mr. Crocker had for his best man Gavin Hadden, of New York, and his ushers were George W Martin of New York; Barton Crocker of Fitchburg; Norman Harrower of Fitchburg; Richard B. Wigglesworth, of Boston; Arthur Sweeney Lawrence, of Boston; Charles D. Osborne Auburn, N.Y; Shaun Kelly, of Richmond, Mass., and Frank C. Page of New York.
The ceremony was followed by a breakfast at the home of the bride, 206 West Franklin Street. The guests Included the out-of town guests and intimate friends. The drawing-room where Mr. and Mrs. Crocker and Mrs. Carter received their guests was decorated with pink roses and the library was in yellow flowers and the dining-room was decorated with spring flowers. Mrs. Carter wore a beautiful gown of black beaded georgette and a bouquet of orchids.
Mr. and Mrs. Crocker left yesterday afternoon for Washington and will go from there to New York and sail Saturday on the steamship "Olympic", -landing at Southampton. Mr. and Mrs. Crocker will spend the next three months traveling In France, Spain and Italy, returning the last of July to Fitchburg, where they will make their future home.

     John Archie Carter was born on 25 April 1885 at Asherville, Mitchell Co., Kansas.¹ He married Sadye Alice Harn, daughter of Thornton Fleming Harn II and Phoebe Laura Dayton, on 22 December 1915 at Asherville, Mitchell Co., Kansas.² John Archie Carter died on 13 July 1944 at Concordia, Cloud Co., Kansas, at age 59.¹ He was buried at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia, Cloud Co., Kansas.¹ Between 1928 and 1944 John Archie Carter was a barber, at Concordia, Cloud Co., Kansas.

     Joseph Carter married Lydia Bartley.

     Karen Lee Caruso married Thomas Barton Linch, son of Adrian Laverne Linch and Gertrude Maybelle Robinson, on 24 January 1997 at Charlotte Co., Florida. Karen Lee Caruso and Thomas Barton Linch were divorced on 6 June 2001 at Charlotte Co., Florida.
